We have been living in Hobbs for a year and I can confidently say, that La Trailita has been our go to spot for birria! My husband loves the birriamen, their consomé is everything! The flautas, burritos and my favorite tacos dorados are all super delicious. Give them a try if you haven't already, you won't regret it. They have good quality service even when they're super busy. The aguas de pepino with the taking rim ais the cherry on top! No te quedes sin probarla! P.S. Wish you were open on Tuesdays !!!

Fiirrst time trying it the birria box is the greatest value you can get $15 2 birria tacos a birria torta a birria-men(ramen) and a drink of the aguas they have had the cucumber one and it was delicious all around will definately be back!

The street taco pizza is amazing!! Comes with birria dipping sauce that just makes the whole plate. The pineapple drink is so refreshing & yummy too!

Best tacos in Hobbs!! Love how they have birria everything all the time! So creative with variety of fun new ways to eat the birria too along with the classics. Its like they perfected it and just ran with it. Now it’s def my fav Mexican taco truck style place to order from around here. There’s a cute private outdoor patio with nice lights, heater and tables too which makes it nice to wait at or eat at. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
